Can I refund my order?
Yes, we allow refunds as long as they are deemed in a re-saleable condition, unused and in the original packaging with no seals broken.

Can I cancel my order?
Please note that we do not cancel orders for change of mind.
The SoulMarket also cannot cancel your order once the order has been Processed. If your order has been processed, the item/s must instead be returned to us in accordance with the returns policy.
How much time I have to refund my order?
We must receive your items within 30 days of you receiving your order.
Do I have transportation costs for the refund?
No, your refund will not include the original shipping charge on your order. We do not cover return postage costs for change of mind.
What should I do if I received a faulty or rong product?
If the item that you have received is faulty, please first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work with you should you believe a product is faulty. Please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
